Access to your account


- If you are the administrator of your company's telephony contract with Telia: Login using your kundenummer and password

- If you are user of a mobile subscribtion: Login using your phone number and password

If you wish to change your password, you can do that by clicking Skift password (change password) at the menu to the left.

 

 

User overview


At the brugeroversigt (user overview) section you can see all the users linked to a specific customer number. When clicking on a specific user, you have access to see all details of the account of the selected user. You are also able to change the settings for the account: For example if you need to change the user's sim-card or change the limit on data use abroad. You can read more about your options below:

If you manage several users, you can easily change between them by using the search function in the upper right corner.

 

You can see an overview of each user’s usage under their account.

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Forbrugsoverblik at the menu to the left.

 

If you wish to change a user's basic settings, please do as follows:

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Basisindstillinger at the menu to the left.

At the Spærringer (blockings) section, you can set up and see what individual users are blocked from: incoming and outgoing calls, for calls to and from abroad, for data and content-charged services.

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Spærringer at the menu to the left.

 

At the Forbrugskontrol (controlling use) section you can apply limits to a user’s total usage of calls, text messages, MMS and data. For
example: a maximum limit of usage per month.

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Forbrugskontrol at the menu to the left.

At the Viderestilling (redirection) section you can select how individual users will be able to redirect their calls. For example: when a
line is busy, when there is no answer or when there is no signal.

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Viderestilling at the menu to the left.

 

If an employee has lost his/her mobile, you can activate a new SIM card for them. The old SIM card will be automatically deactivated. You can also use Skift sim-kort if an employee is going switch to another type of SIM card. The same applies when setting up extra data cards.


Simply enter the SIM card number from the new SIM card and click Save. It’s as easy as that.

As soon as the signal disappears from the old SIM card, the employee can use the new one. This is usually very quick.

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Skift sim-kort at the menu to the left.

At the Telefonsvarer (voicemail) section, you can set up your employe's voicemail or switch it on/off .

 

Go to Brugeroversigt > choose a user > click on Telefonsvarer at the menu to the left.

 

Invoices


At the Faktura (invoices) section you can find all the details you want on your company’s invoices: Which invoices have been paid and when? What was the amount? How much was used? You can read more about the different options below:

At the Fakturaoverblik (invoice overview) section you can check which invoices have been paid, which numbers users have called, or see the usage for each Cost Centre by clicking on the invoice number.

 

Go to Faktura  > click on Fakturaoverblik at the menu to the left.

 

At the Kontooversigt (account overview) section you get an overall overview of your invoices and payments. You can see invoice number, payment due date, whether the invoice is paid or not and amount including VAT.

 

Go to Faktura >  click on Kontooversigt at the menu to the left.

 

At the Modtagelse af faktura (receiving invoices) section you can select whether to receive your invoices as a PDF attached to an email or on paper by post. You can change your choice at any time.

 

Go to Faktura >  click on Modtagelse af faktura at the menu to the left.

 

Under Cost Centre, you can keep an eye on the telephone use for each department in your company. Set up a Cost Centre by enrolling the users you want to be in it.

 

Cost Centre also lets you compare the usage levels of different departments for mobile telephony and data. All you have to do is set up a cost centre for each department to be able to continuously track and compare the usage.


Please note that you can only view cost centres electronically. They are not shown on your invoices.

 

Go to Faktura > click on Costcenter at the menu to the left.

OPTIONS FOR YOUR USERS


Users can use the Self-service to:

  1. See usage of calls, text messages, MMS and data.
  2. Set up their basic settings.
  3. Set up and see what they have blocked for incoming and outgoing calls, calls to and from abroad, and for data and content-charged services.
  4. See what their limit is for usage of calls, text messages, MMS and data under Forbrugskontrol.
  5. Select how they want to redirect their calls under Viderestilling. For example: when a line is busy, when there is no answer or when there is no signal.
  6. Set up, switch on/off voicemail under Telefonsvarer.
