Our mentors come from widely different areas of the business community: Some are contractors and investors, others are experts in everything from technology and telecommunications to business start-ups.

Anthony Lim

Anthony loves to work with passionate people. Chasing the 'Why' are you doing, what you are doing. Being passionate about the work you do, is very important for Anthony. He has been in several start up workshops and are pleased to help upcoming start ups and support them with his sales and marketing knowledge.

Calum Cameron

Calum loves working with mischievous people who want to challenge the status quo first and think about why later. He has a background in enterprise IT in both Australia and the UK, scaled operations for two startups and until recently lead the charge at Startup Wise Guys, Europe's leading B2B accelerator.

Casper Hassø Nielsen

Casper is a passionate, commercial and strategical minded serial-entrepreneur and business creator with an international and global outlook. He works with and provides strategic advice, business guidance, operational assistance, Distribution-channel-building and deal-closing capabilities to companies. Casper founds, co-founds and invests or pays-it-forward in companies, some award-winning, that have great ideas and great potential and where he can make a difference. He graduated as a lawyer - from University of Aarhus, Denmark, and University of Florence, Italy, and he combined it with a global Executive MBA from globally leading institutions (HEC, Oxford, Babson, Tsinghua).

Christian is the CEO of 2operate – the Aalborg based company with a unique OSS solution for Telecom Operators. Christian has a background from Mobile Telecoms in Scandinavia and the FTTH company Bredbånd Nord where he was one of the main ressources in building from a green-field operator to +100 employee setup. Christian has a background as an engineer and also holds an MBA degree. The passion in creating a succeful and scaleable startup company is what drives Christian.

Former Founder & CEO of Preview Networks and now CEO of successful Danish startup Shopbox, Christian believes in big dreams, constant development and excellent customer service. Christian has worked with Fintech companies for the last 15 years, and understands the need to continuously innovate and create disruptive technologies to challenge the old system.

Cristobal is the Global Capo of Startup Wise Guys – Europe’s leading B2B accelerator and the leading acceleration platform for global founders and preferred deal flow partner for VC funds in Northern Europe and the CEE. Cristobal’s unique background combines extensive CxO experience in different mobile operators in Europe, leading several transformations and turnarounds, together with CEO startup experience both in B2B and B2C environments. So he truly understands challenges and pressures of both Corporate and Startup world, which he loves to leverage these days at Startup Wise Guys. Cristobal has a degree in business administration and an MBA by world leading’s business school INSEAD.

Henrik has a huge curiosity regarding new services and business models that can disrupt a market and move the needle, and always in mind that it have to drive value for the customer. He has a long background in Telecom, both from the Danish and Swedish telco markets, Henrik is Vice President of Telia Denmark's Enterprise organization.

With a background and experience in developing and implementing strategies, processes and IT based on business, customers and internal stakeholders needs, Ivo now works with Innovation in the Purple+ team at Telia Group. He loves to see talents grow and enjoys when they create magic for customers and users.

Jacques have a keen interest in the differentiation of the Telia brand in the Danish Telco market. It is all about meeting the customer on his terms. By taking the role as trusted advisor the trust and insight in the actual customer needs follows, which enables Telia to set our offerings apart. Jacques have a 20-year long career in sales in the Danish Telco market, ranging from startups/SOHO business to big Danish enterprises.

Jens Friholm

Jens have a huge curiosity regarding the technological trends the change our world, the chemistry that allows groups of people to achieve huge goals and the empathy that's needed to appreciate the real value of new ideas for its future audience. His background is from the Danish Telco business, where he have been a part of 2 big startups and also have had management jobs in all of the 3 Major players in the Danish Telco market. He is today Innovation manager at Telia and lead in the execution of the JUMP program.

Jonas has 20 years of experience from the IT-industry. 5 years in software companies working in different commercial roles primarily with international customers. 5 years of experience in managerial positions at born-global growth companies, and 8 years of experience as a hands-on Venture Capitalist. The last two years Jonas has led CloudCutout, a start-up with an innovative machine learning based software, as the CEO and Partner. Jonas key competencies are: Venture Capital, Start-up strategy and International Sales.

Lars Barthold Nielsen

Lars Barthold Nielsen

Lars is a seasoned entrepreneur, patent holder and IT executive with extended work stays in both EMEA and in Silicon Valley working for companies like Compaq, Citrix and startups like Rotrex and SMS PASSCODE that was recently exit'ed. His focus is on building a sustainable international presence both commercially and in mind share. Commercially this involves building sales and international adoption on a start-up "nickel and dime" budget. Mind share wise, this involves the pursuit of hotness - why are some companies hot and others are less hot? That is not just luck but a strategy and can be achieved using a systematic process.

Nicolaj Højer Nielsen is a serial entrepreneur and business angel who has been building startups since 1999. He focuses on high potential start-ups, where he has co-founded and invested in 13 companies, primarily within IT.Nicolaj furthermore dedicates a significant part of his time to help other startups, via his employment as external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School where he teaches entrepreneurship, and via pro-bono coaching and mentoring of other entrepreneurs. His educational background is a MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and an MSc in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and University of Texas.

Peder has an MSc in Economics and a senior-executive education in board management.

Steffen founded Bownty - the largest search engine for experiences in Europe. With more than 3 million members and presence in 10 countries. He has recently step down as CEO of the company and is looking for his next adventure. While doing so he advices other startups on data driven growth approaches.
